Heyyy. Sorry I am late a day but yesterday was just so busy! Okay but this one is going to be from Korra's POV and starts in the air temple.

"Korra, you need more force on your spin, then you should get it." Tenzin said.
It was a late night practice for me and I was trying to get the hang of this air funnel move. I was only able to get about two feet off the ground when I should be able to go about ten. I readjusted my feet, exhaled, and kept my hands low as I started my spin. I felt myself lifting off the ground faster than the last few times I tired the move.
"Bolin, she still has ten more minutes to practice." Tenzin was saying from the ground.
I lost all concentration I had at the sound of his name, I turned my head and ended up crashing to the ground, hard. Both Tenzin and Bolin made a scrunched up 'ouch' face as I started to stand up rubbing my back side.
"Ha, I'm okay." I said waving to them.

"Okay Korra, this is going to be the last try for the day. Shut everything out and focus." Tenzin was coaching.
"COME ON KORRA! YOU CAN DO IT!" Bo was shouting from the low way a few feet from us. For the last ten minutes he had become my cheering section.
I turned my back on the both of them and calmed myself, started my spin, lifted myself off the ground, I was finally doing it! I could feel my hair whipping around my face, the rush of air in my ears, both of the men were clapping for me though I couldn't hear it. Then I though, Tenzin and I hadn't covered how to come down from this, I started falling again.
Tenzin bent a air pillow for me to land on and they both helped me up. "That was great, Korra. We will go over the landing of that tomorrow."
"Yeah, I think that might be a good idea." I said leaning into Bolin's side
We all started heading to the house.
"So, what do you kid's have planned for the evening?" Tenzin asked.
"Yeah?" I said looking up at Bo, "I didn't think we were doing anything."
"You might not have though we were but, I have a plan." Bolin responded

I walked into my room and grabbed an over night bag, and a jacket that Bolin said I might want. He wouldn't tell me where we were going but promised I was going to love it.
"Can't you give me a hint!?" I begged as we rode on Naga to the ferry.
"Do you remember on our first date, I told you I wanted to take you some place but we ended up falling asleep?" he asked.
"Yeah."
"We are going there."
I reached back and playfully smacked him in the chest, "That doesn't tell me anything! You wouldn't tell me where it was then either!"
He rubbed his chest and smiled, "Oh well, then, I guess you are just going to have to wait."
We had just got on the ferry and I hopped off, "Well then, why don't you tell Naga where to take us?"
"I'd be happy to." he said taking the reins from me and scooting forward as I climbed up behind him.

He changed the subject on me as we walked through the city, spitting jokes left and right (I wondered if he would ever run out). After about a little over an hour of running through the city we reached the outskirts, I had never been all the way out here before. It wasn't like a bad area or anything, just a lot of wooded area, thick with trees.
Bolin directed Naga to a small path that what off to our left. We walked through the woods that was only lit by the moon high above us. I squeezed a little tighter on him and he placed his hand on mine.
"I promise there is nothing to be scared of. I know where I am going." he told me looking back with a reassuring smile.
"What!? I am not scared!" I protested.
"So you're nails are just digging into my hand because you want to? That isn't very nice of you, Korra." he joked again.
I loosened my grip on him, "Sorry." I muttered into his back.
"It's fine." he said rubbing my leg.
I stayed quiet for a few minutes until I saw what looked to be a glowing blue light coming from a head of us. It looked to be in a clearing of tree's like the light was just spilling out. I was mesmerized by it, I want to say something, ask Bolin what it was, but I couldn't find the words in me to ask.

Words finally fell out of my mouth, "Bolin? What is that?" I asked pointing at the light.
"You have waited this long, fifteen more seconds isn't gonna hurt." he said as we walked into the clearing.
There was a big pool of water that made it's was into a stream and disappeared into the woods again. Little pink and purple flowers dotted the grass around the water, grass that I hadn't seen in ages. A bridge stood over the water, wooden and looking worn. There was a fine layer of mist that engulfed the clearing, it was then that I realized were the glow was coming from. I looked up to the sky where the moon was looming high over our heads shinning brightly into the water causing it and the stream to look as if it was glowing. It was beautiful and strangly reminded me of home.
I finally looked at Bolin who had been looking at me and smiling.
"So, whatcha think?" Bo asked breaking the silence.
"It's too good for words!" I was laughing as I spoke. I took off and ran to the bridge leaving Bolin behind me.
Once he saw where I was going, "Korra, no, wait!" he called but it was too late.
My foot had gone threw the third plank on the bridge and I had fallen into the strangely warm water.

The water was deeper than I expected and when I looked up at the bridge I noticed other planks missing, my bad.
Bolin had come to the edge of the water and held out his hand for me to take, I grabbed it but lost my footing causing me to fall back into the water once again this time pulling him in with me. We both broke the surface of the water laughing. The one hair that always hung in front of his forehead was now joined by many others and my pony tale had fallen out. Naga had made her way into the water and helped us both to stand.
"I know the water is great but the longer we stay the colder it will be when we get out." Bolin noted.
We both decided it would be better if we just stuck our feet in rather than our whole bodies.
I threw on my jacket before joining him.

"This is my new favorite place in Republic City, hands down. It is so peaceful here!" I said snuggling into his side.
"So, wasn't worth the wait." he said. I couldn't see his face but I knew it wore a sarcastic grin.
"Yes." I said reluctantly, "How did you know about this place?"
"I lived on the streets, Korra. Mako and I discovered a lot of places that I would be half the people in the city don't know about. I don't remember exactly how we found this, maybe this was something Mako found and he just showed me but anyways; we would come here when it would get really cold or really hot, the water was always the perfect temperature." he explained.
I sometimes forgot that Bolin had a very hard childhood, and still had a pretty hard life. His cheerful personality masked his past and it was things he would do, things like this that made his hard life a little easier.

I kissed his cheek.
"What was that for?" he asked.
"This." I said pointing to everything around us and then shaking as a cold air whipped around us.
He moved himself so he was sitting behind me like a big and warm blanket, "Don't mention it." he said and then kissed my head.
"You are such an amazing person." I told him, looking across the water and playing footsie with him in the water. "You have such a great personality, not to mention your positive out look on everything. You are one of a kind."
He hugged me tight, "You've said that before, remember?"
"I know. I'm just saying it again, so you don't ever forget."

I felt my eye's grow heavy, "Bo, can we head back now?"
"I'm ready when you are." he said standing up.
I let him control Naga just because I wouldn't know how to get us out of the woods or even back to the arena once out of the woods. The ride was very quiet, Naga panted every now and again, we stopped for her to rest twice and both times I was sure I was going to fall asleep. We finally got back. I told Naga good night and walked through the arena, through the training area, up to the attic, waved to Mako who was listening to the radio on the couch, into Bolin's room and flopped onto his bed.
"Where were you two at all night?" Mako asked Bolin.
"I took her to the pond." Bolin told him.
"And you couldn't have done that in the day light?"
"Not that pond, the Moon Pond." he corrected his brother.
"Oh, wow. I haven't been there in years! Has it changed?" Mako asked.
"Not one bit. You came across that place though, didn't you?"
"Yes, but, come to think of it, I don't remember how." he answered.
The title has nothing to do with the show, I know but I thought it was fitting. And yes I took the idea from the pool at the North Pole in ATLAB. I wanted to do something fluff so this is what came out. I am very sorry it is like two day's late but better late than never :) Comments please!
